Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped FREE of charge. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday and Friday.

Goods may not be returned without prior permission from Panasales. Goods must be returned in their ORIGINAL condition or they will not be eligible for return.

All shipments incorrectly ordered by the customer will be returned to Panasales, and the correct order re-sent at the customer's expense.
